I have been an entrepreneur since I was a kid.  I tried a “real” job and I sucked miserably at it. 


Because I was more creative and got bigger results than anyone telling me what to do. I don’t say that arrogantly, I say it because it’s true.

Even when the real estate market crashed and my investments and developments were going to shit, I started a company in the midst of the turmoil that became one of the largest bank owned investment property flippers in the country.
I flipped almost 4,000 properties in the span of 4 years.
